All groups are welcome at Heritage Village Museum. We offer many ways to experience the Village depending on your group’s wants and needs. For more information, please call us at (513) 563-9484.

Physical Accessibility
We strive to make each building accessible to all and are currently making improvements to make this happen. 

  • Accessible parking and drop off locations can be provided upon request. Please call (513)-563-9484 to arrange this service.
  • During large events, we offer a golf cart chauffeur for anyone needing assistance.
  • A wheelchair can be provided upon request. Please ask a staff member or volunteer.
  • Benches are located outside of most buildings. Please view the map below with bench locations.
  • The pathway at Heritage Village Museum is compacted gravel. Most wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, etc. will handle this surface. Closed toe shoes are recommended.

Service Animals
Task trained service animals are welcomed at Heritage Village Museum under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Quiet Areas
At all events, we offer a designated quiet area available to our guests.

Restrooms

  • Public restrooms are located to the right side of Hayner House when facing the gift shop. They are in the basement.
  • A changing table for young children is available, next to the restrooms in Hayner House basement. 
  • During events, two accessible porta-lets will be available. For accessible restrooms during our normal business hours, please ask a staff member or volunteer.
