On Freedom’s Doorstep Food Truck/ Food Vendor Registration

About the Event

On Freedom’s Doorstep will take place on June 6, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Heritage Village Museum. We expect between 500 to 1,000 visitors. This event celebrates the history of Cincinnati’s Black citizens. Interpreters will portray notable historical figures who made contributions in a variety of different vocations. The periods covered are the 1800s through 1914. This event will include hands-on activities, music, and vendors.

Who Can Be a Food Vendor?
We are looking for Black-owned food vendors and food trucks.

Food Vendor Information
The registration fee is $250 per food truck/food vendor space. Each vendor will have a space outside that will fit a food truck or similar space. Vendors must bring their own food truck, tent, tables, and chairs. Food trucks and food vendors will be near on-site picnic tables. Food trucks will not have access to electricity and must bring their own generator. 

Vendors must be set up by 12:45 p.m. on June 6, 2026. You may start setting up as early as 11 a.m. If you need additional set up time, please contact us to make arrangements.

We will provide sufficient Wi-Fi access so that you may process your credit cards.
