On Freedom’s Doorstep Vendor Registration

About the Event
On Freedom’s Doorstep will take place on Jun. 6, 2026 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Heritage Village Museum. This event celebrates Cincinnati’s Black History. Interpreters will portray notable people who made contributions in a variety of different vocations during the 19th century. This event will include hands-on activities, music, vendors, and a food truck. This event is presented by The Voice of Black Cincinnati in partnership with Heritage Village Museum.

Who Can Be a Vendor?
We are looking for vendors of Black-owned businesses. We suggest that most items for sale are in the $20 and under range.

Vendor Information
The registration fee is $50 per vendor space. Each vendor will have a space outside that will fit a 10×10 tent. One 6-foot table and three chairs will be provided for each vendor included in the vendor fee. Vendors will need to bring their own tents. Vendor spaces will not have access to electricity. 

Vendors must set up by 12:45 p.m. on Jun. 6, 2026. You may start setting up as early as 11 a.m. If you need additional set up time, please contact us to make arrangements. We ask that you do not break down and leave early.

We will provide sufficient Wi-Fi access so that you may process credit cards.
